3. What is your return policy?
We have a no-return policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
4. What is your exchange policy?
Items purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. Pieces can be eligible for alteration depending on the requirements with added cost and additional shipping charges.
5. Are there any items that are not eligible for exchange or return?
Yes, items purchased on sale, end of season sale items, final sale items, and items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Will I receive a refund for shipping charges?
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment within 7-15 days (if applied).
