SHIPPING

All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days and customer shall receive it within 7-10 business days from ordering. We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card or debit card and UPI. Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Tushe operates with a strict no-return policy but offers a 7-day exchange window for items deemed faulty or not meeting the description.

Exchanges must adhere to specific conditions: items should be returned within the stipulated period, accompanied by their original, undamaged packaging and all tags intact. Notably, products purchased on sale, end of season sales, or marked as final sale are exempt from this policy.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-15 days in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. While Tushe ensures quality control before shipment, customers are advised to inspect received items promptly. Moreover, Tushe disclaims responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages and reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items fail to meet specified conditions. For prompt assistance with faulty items, customers are encouraged to contact customer service without delay.
